So you should include upper back workout and lower back workout in your back training. And just like any other exercise routine, it may give you discomfort at the start. But at the end of the first week, you will notice changes in your back which includes the amount of pain felt. Continuous back training is important to eliminate back pain completely so you will be able to live your life without any pain at all.
